News from First Three Weeks at Primary

It has been a busy three weeks to start the year at Eustace Primary!

We enjoyed being with our wonderful parents at Parent Camp yesterday.  There were 74 parents in attendance getting information about our school and ways they can be involved  Our precious 4 year old classes entertained us with rhythms and music.  If you were not able to attend, please see me.  We have extra folders with all the information we shared.  Just come by the office!  Mrs. Cooper’s class has won a party for having the most parents there with 19!

Last week we had our 2nd Grade Parent meeting with 43 parents.  The teachers shared specific information about second grade procedures and expectations.  Homework binders, AR certifications, and upcoming events were just some of the topics covered  Mrs. Stephens had the most parents at that meeting.  We will have our 1st Grade Parent meeting tonight at 5:00 in the cafeteria, and next week will be the Kindergarten Parent meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 15, also at 5:00.  Please join us and find out all the ways we can work together with your children!

What a tremendous way to start the new year!  Several classes have already had PERFECT ATTENDANCE!  Special recognition, a certificate and extra recess was given to:MRS. SUTTON’S CLASS -TWO WEEKS with NO ONE ABSENT

MRS. STEPHENS, MRS. TEMPLE’s and MRS. KIRKHART’s classes have also had perfect attendance last week!  Tomorrow there is going to be a drawing for four FREE tickets and four HOT DOGS and DRINKS for the students who have not missed a day since school started.  We are so proud of all of our LITTLE BULLDOGS!!
