Middle School Awards Night, Cotton Walker Recognition, and This Week

Last Thursday, the Middle School and High School held their annual awards night. Below are some pictures from both:

After the High School awards, a special recognition took place for retiring board member Cotton Walker. Mr. Walker has served on the school board for a total of 21 years. He has been instrumental in many of the improvements that have happened during that time.

Top 10 Banquet

On Tuesday, EHS hosted its annual Top 10 Banquet. The banquet honors the top 10 seniors in this years graduating class. The seniors get to pick a teacher to honor as well. The student writes a letter to their teacher and gets to read it to them. The teachers receive a copy of the letter along with a plaque.  Here is the list of seniors from number 10 to number 1 and the teacher they chose to honor:

National Honor Society Banquet

Last night, Eustace High School hosted its annual National Honor Society Banquet. The banquet was held at the First Baptist Church. Danny’s BBQ provided a catered meal. I would like to thank everyone that came out to honor our students. Pictures of the event are below.

FFA Banquet and This Week

Last Friday,¬† the Eustace FFA hosted its annual banquet in the High School cafeteria. Along with numerous awards and recognitions, those in attendance were also treated to a BBQ dinner catered by Danny’s BBQ. At the end of this post, are various pictures from the banquet.

We are down to 9 school days left in the 2018-2019 school year. This is one of the busiest weeks in school. Between STAAR testing and banquets, there is something happening everyday.

Athletic Banquet

This past Saturday, the Athletic Booster Club hosted the annual Athletic Banquet at the First Baptist Church. The evening featured a catered meal followed by the awards presentation.

I would like to thank the Booster Club officers and members for all their work in preparing for this banquet. The Booster Club literally spent hours decorating and getting the Fellowship Hall ready to host almost 400 people. The 2019 Booster Club Officers include:
