Basketball, Cheerleading, Powerlifting, and This Week

From Coach Kimberly Branch

The Lady Bulldogs moved up in the district rankings last week, with an overall record of 12-15 and 3-4 in district, with wins over Kemp and Palmer.

They beat Kemp 56-40 on Tuesday. Freshman Cearra Warren and Senior Lily Sorrells lead the scoring with 12 points each.

On Friday, the Lady Bulldogs won in a dominating fashion, beating Palmer, 64-32. Once again, it was freshman Cearra Warren that lead the Lady Bulldogs with 14 points and 7 steals. Madison Holbert contributed 12, while Gracie Pitchford scored 11, hitting 3- 3s. The student section was loud and proud, and we thrived off the energy. Thanks and looking forward to seeing everyone at the next game.

This puts the Lady Bulldogs tied for 4th place, the final spot for the playoffs, as the first half of district comes to a close. We will play in Mildred, Tuesday, starting at 5:00.
